Exploring motion and animation through the creation of a title sequence for James and the Giant Peach. Inspired by the film’s mixed media claymation style, I incorporated a variety of textures using traditional techniques—such as hand-painted acrylic backgrounds and stop-motion clay animation. The sequence visually simplifies and reimagines the journey of the peach as it travels through several whimsical environments, capturing the spirit of the original film in a playful, tactile way.
